You Plus is looking for a Business Development guru to join our social gaming startup -- the company is a few months old, well-funded, and already boasts the #1 app on MySpace.
We're not looking for a list of skills or set experience. We're looking for a business development pro with a solid understanding of the gaming world who will help us build on our (already-strong) strategic relationships and establish a network of new partners. And in true startup fashion, the position will require not only the savvy to develop a strategic plan of action, but the willingness to roll up the sleeves and implement it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
* Along with other senior management, identify revenue and business opportunities, and develop an actionable and measureable business development strategy
* Prospect, develop and cultivate new relationships with strategic partners, industry contacts and potential clients within the gaming, advertising, and entertainment worlds.
* Structure and negotiate deals from concept stage to executed agreement.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
* A history of professional success, ideally in the social media and gaming worlds
* Solid business development experience and proven negotiation savvy
* Strong understanding of gaming, social networking and media -- the past, present and future
* Strong interpersonal, written and oral communications skills, and charismatic personality
