Customer Support Associate

You Plus is located in Mountain View, CA, and is the fastest growing company in the social networking and gaming space. We are rapidly expanding, well-funded, and boast the #1 app on MySpace. In order to fill out our Customer Support department, we are seeking sharp, eager-to-learn, entry-level candidates to help lead interactions with the You Plus community. 

As we grow into the leading company in the space of social network applications, we seek to add a smart and effective person who is interested in initiating a career in Web 2.0 and product development. Do you have the right stuff--the social savvy, the enthusiasm and the energy to excel in a fast-paced environment? If so, we'd like to hear from you. 



WHAT YOU'LL DO:


* Answer/support You Plus user e-mails

* Moderate You Plus user forums

* Identify key issues related to the applications

* Test new features on the applications

* Contribute new application feature ideas
* Represent You Plus to users 

* Occasionally perform any other tasks that require attention 



WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:


* Four-year degree, preferably from a top-flight institution

* Excellent written communication skills

* Smart, friendly and outgoing 

* Solid understanding and enthusiasm for social networks and gaming 

* Interest in design and marketing also a plus.
