Producer

You Plus is looking for bright, experienced Producers to join our social gaming startup -- the company is a few months old, well-funded, and already boasts the #1 app on MySpace.

We're not looking for a list of skills or set experience. We're looking for rockstar Producers to help grow our library of games, and we're small and nimble enough to mold the position to you.

Position will offer hyper-competitive salary and a solid equity package, and is full-time, on-site in downtown Mountain View (right off Castro Street).

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Contribute to the strategic planning for new gaming projects
• Own production of social gaming titles, including project budget, schedule, and resource management
• Lead development teams, including artists, developers and game designers to timely and successful project completion
• Understand and contribute to overall company goals, as well as game launch and marketing efforts

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• 3+ years of game production experience at the Producer level.
* Personality to handle responsibility, collaborate and excel in small team environment
• Demonstrated success in management of creative endeavors.
• Game design experience and/or a technical background is a plus
• Knowledge of the typical producer software tools, documents and processes (budgets, game concept creation, project management, bug reports and defect tracking).
* Nice but not necessary: experience managing the development of social networking apps
