Technical Recruiter

You Plus is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our social gaming startup -- the company is a year old, well-funded, and already boasts the #1 app on MySpace. This is a hands-on recruiting role -- you'll be charged helping to build our recruiting department from the ground up -- and one that will have a big impact on our continued success. Position will offer hyper-competitive salary, full benefits and a solid equity package, and is full-time, on-site in downtown Mountain View (right off Castro Street). WHAT YOU'LL DO: In short, you will:

* Locate and recruit top-tier candidates (across all disciplines) for our growing startup
* Facilitate the hiring process in all phases: sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, onboarding, ...
* Help build and streamline internal processes
* Contribute to special projects as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

A sharp, detail-oriented junior- to mid-level candidate WITH:

* 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a startup technology environment
* A passion for working with people and creative problem-solving
* A strong understanding of the Web and technology in general
* 4-year college degree and record of academic success
