This is a hands-on recruiting role -- you'll be charged helping to build our recruiting department from the ground up -- and one that will have a big impact on our continued success. WHAT YOU'LL DO: In short, you will:

* Help build and streamline internal processes
* Contribute to special projects as needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A sharp, detail-oriented junior- to mid-level candidate WITH:
* 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a startup technology environment
* A passion for working with people and creative problem-solving
* A strong understanding of the Web and technology in general
* 4-year college degree and record of academic success
